Deniells Diet Blog

Ok, so I was Googling some ideas to help me lose weight and I came across some "weight loss blogs" so i figured that i am on here enough...maybe it will help.


Like many of you, I want to get in to shape for summer time.

But I am awefull about stuff like this.

I always do good the first month

and I actually did good this go 'round for about 2 months.

But the last week or two has been AWEFULL for me.

I've completely fallen way off track.


Since December 1st, 2009

I've lost 24 pounds, but have gained back 5-7lbs.

To reach a total of 18ish totall pounds lost in two months.

My complete goal to reach is to

lose a total of 45 lbs

and hopefully I can reach this by May 24th 2010

(my birthday)

I figured that that was plenty of time

6 months, almost 7, to kick my butt in gear and lose some weight.
